Our long neglected crawlspace was in need of much love. In addition to mold mitigation, structural issues and encapsulation needed to be addressed. Northwest Crawlspace Repair was up to the task. They laid out a timeline and stuck to it. The crew, led by Jose, was respectful and a pleasure to work with. Five stars indeed!

We just had Northwest Crawl Space Repair encapsulate our crawlspace and the team did a fantastic job! Great communication, respectful of our home and time. Our crawlspace wasn't horrible before but I would be comfortable having surgery in there now. They remediated the mold and installed a dehumidifier after some insulation and encapsulation. Very thorough. Thank you Michael, Jose, Cipriano, Nick, and JSean (sorry if I misspelled anybody). We feel good about this investment in our home and are already recommending to friends and neighbors.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience working with the team at Northwest Crawl Space Repair! Michael and Stefanie were super helpful in answering all of our questions about what would work best for our crawlspace and budget. When doing the initial consultation with Michael I never once felt like he was trying to sell me on something I didn't need. As a matter of fact, it was a pretty awesome learning experience as he shared alot of insight into the specific issues he looks for and things I as a homeowner should be keeping an eye out for as well (luckily our crawl was in really good shape overall). When it came time to get the actual work done, the crew was super courteous and knocked out the work pretty quickly. The quality of the work was fantastic too. Highly recommend!

We had a full encapsulation done and are very satisfied with the quality of the work! The team was great and there was excellent communication - I knew exactly what was being done and when. During our initial estimate there was no attempt at up selling or scare tactics to get us to do additional work. Michael was very honest and even let us know our crawl space was in good condition and didn't necessarily need all of the work we initially thought. Amazing company and people!

Northwest Crawl Space came out give me a quote for my damp crawlspace. Not pushy in the least and didn't try and sell me things I didn't need, unlike other contractors that gave me a quote. Even let me know of a few things I could do to save time and money. Couldn't ask a better experience when dealing with the owner, Michael, his wife, Stefanie, or Jose and his crew. Very professional and provided daily update pictures and video of the progress.They will be back when we decide to do Stage 2 from my quote. I would recommend them to anyone!!
