They have the products I need and I go to them because they are closer to me than the FRIENDLY place I go to in Sherrillville. I DO NOT like the way they peep around corners and follow you AFTER you say that you know what you want and don't need assistance. If I was the type of person who would steal something it sure would NOT be a chlorine tablet.

Even though this store is 45 minutes from my home, I prefer to use this store for my spa needs. They have always been very helpful and always had parts I needed for my spa when repairs were required.

Was looking for an above ground pool. Several people recommended this place so we went in to talk to them. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all your questions. Not pushy or over selling you products you don’t need or want. I was just going to buy something online but they worked with me on the price and I think I’ll be much happier in the long run because they will stand behind their products and be there when questions come up. Was very impressed with everyone we dealt with. Even the delivery guy was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!

I use this store often for all my pool and hot tub needs. Have had to order a new liner and rails for my pool, they even had the original order so we could get it covered under the warranty. Any problems they are always happy to help or fix any errors on their part. Great customer service, no pressure for sales, helpful with questions.
