During the process of selling our home we needed to obtain a termite bond letter. Everyone I worked with from scheduling, inspecting, treating, & documenting was extremely professional, friendly & responsive. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer for three years. Today, during a billing dispute, I was spoken to in an unprofessional and insulting manner. It was clear from the tone and treatment that I was being disrespected—perhaps because I’m Hispanic. The exchange quickly turned hostile and unacceptable. I have the full recording and will be sharing it publicly. I will never use this service again.

Northwest Exterminating has been servicing our home for many years and their services are exceptional. From the lovely ladies in the office to Kevin our longstanding dedicated extermination expert. We are always in good hands. Kevin is very attentive to our needs and concerns and provides great insight into overall service recommendations and more. I was with my sister during her call with the Northwest about a billing issue. She’s been a customer for three years and reached out today about confusion on a billing issue stemming from the fact that Northwest doesn’t bill when the service is done— it might be a couple of weeks. During the conversation, the representative began speaking to her in a demeaning tone. My sister calmly asked the woman not to talk down to her, and the representative replied, “I’m not talking down to you—you just don’t understand!” Another woman in the background started laughing. I've been with Northwest for a while, and I'm very happy. The young man that has been servicing my home recently, Jay (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) has been great. Contacts us before he arrives, and has been very responsive when there has been a need for some extra treatment. Overall I'm very happy with Northwest.
