Northwest Exterminating is amazing. Been using them for years. Caleb on their team is A++. Very knowledgeable of their products and has excellent customer service skills. Very detailed in his work and is very professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more in an exterminating service provider. They’re always on time, no issues with payments, excellent follow ups, and even better with the service they provide. Highly recommend for families and pets. Thank you Northwest. Great service, have been using them for the last 8 years and never any issues. No bugs, always on time for the service appointment, excellent customer service. I like that there product lasts 60 days, way better than a visit every 30, plus any issue they come out and do a respray. I would recommend them to anyone! Great job Northwest!!

It's a pleasure to call Northwest Exterminating and speak to a cheerful voice who I know is dedicated to customer service. They get my appointments scheduled quickly and the extermination specialists are on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I found termite tubes inside the house and I was very happy with the entire experience I had. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our service. We have used their service for ~4 years and we never have any issues with bugs. They give a couple of reminders of upcoming service in the days before, they've respected our instructions to text/call instead of ring the doorbell or knock because of our dog, and their technicians are always very friendly and polite. Timing of service does sometimes vary and go outside the expected window, but that doesn't cause any problem for us since we just get outdoor perimeter service.

My experience with Northwest exterminating has always been wonderful. Their technician was thorough, he answered all my questions, he took care of the areas I asked him and then put down pest strips. He came back and gave me a follow-up of everything he did with recommendations for parts of the yard that I should be aware of. He completed his job and he was the most polite respectful employee that I thought I've encountered in a long time.
