Some guy from the company came to my home, UNANNOUNCED. He was knocking excessively and ringing the doorbell. I have extremely protective dogs and a newborn baby that he woke up out of his sleep with the unsolicited visit. I called the corporate number and spoke to a lady named “Tina” who pretty much hung up in my face. Now, I would be in the wrong if his silly actions would have resulted in a different outcome. If you do not have an agreed appointment, then do not show up a persons home. Furthermore, I don’t even have any services with you all. I didn’t sign up for any. And I canceled the home warranty for termites as I already have a pest control company that provides those services at my home. I want to give a shout out to Dan S. who came to our house to inspect for termites .Once they were detected , he followed through with scheduling treatment .
