Horrible and avoid! If I was able to leave a half or even a quarter of a star that is exactly what I would do. They did a $7,000+ installation for me, and to say the job was substandard would be an extreme compliment. To begin with, the product I was sold was referred to as luxury vinyl planking. I was assured the product was of the highest quality. It's been several years since the installation. I was told that the product was going to be extremely durable, but there's peeling and defects and several areas. When I showed the sample of the planking to a contractor friend of mine he commented that, "That's the cheap stuff that they sell at Menards." We had Northwest Interiors lay all of our flooring in our new home; vinyl plank and carpet throughout. Bob and Kelly were great to work with, they had a large variety of options and the installation was on time and with high quality. We absolutely love it all!

WARNING TO POTENTIAL LOCAL CUSTOMERS AND CABIN OWNERS. One thing I think I noticed is that that cash flow problems seem to be an issue with this company. Something to be concerned about when you put down the requisite 65% deposit (or 65% of $4167 in my case) . The quality of my install was subpar. If you have a perfectly rectangular room, with no doorways or expansion into other areas, no support posts, nor anything unusual structurally, you might find this company adequate. They do a good job at installing rectangular slabs of flooring. I thought I had communicated my installation requirements thoroughly during the initial walkthrough for the bid. Kelly was so helpful and kind!! The installer was VERY respectful and sweet. They have so many options and the prices are fantastic. This is the most pleasant experience we have had during the remodeling process. We will be back for the next project.

I had them install new carpet in 2 rooms about 6 years ago. I am going back to have them do other rooms. They were so helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. The work they did was excellent!
