Called NW Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. They were able to accurately diagnose the plumbing mystery in my kitchen by just asking questions over the phone. Didn't even want to charge me any money. I'm so grateful there are plumbers out there in the world like NW plumbing that are straightforward professionals that take the time to listen and have your best interests in mind. They've earned a client for life for any problem that arises in the future.

Basement drain backed up. Jim explained the options clearly, and the practical feasibility and limits on the effectiveness of each. Each option had its own price. Edit: The reason for the one star review is that it seemed the only way to actually get in contact with someone. Multiple calls over a couple weeks (and at different times of the day no less!) with no response seemed strange to me. Just wanted to let someone know so that you can rectify the fact that these scammers are using your business profile on job boards. Hopefully you can rectify your online profiles, and I will remove my review.
