I couldn’t be happier with the work done by NW pro lawn care & maintenance their team was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They listened carefully to my ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and transformed my yard into something truly beautiful.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. Tony is a flake. My wife and I are moving and requested his services for a final lawn and yard clean-up. First, he forgot about the estimate date, and came 2 hours late, only after we got in contact with him. His estimate was written on the back of his flyer, but was written in good faith and after a thorough review of the work. We contacted him that same day by phone and via text messages to confirm the date and time of the work. He agreed via phone, but then never returned any of the texts. Today (the day before he was supposed to be here) we called him to confirm and he refused to honor our agreement and was very rude and unaccommodating. If you need reliable service that you can count on, look elsewhere.
