Quade and his team were amazing. Imagine: you are on vacation 450 miles away and a sensor goes off. Then you check your home Google camera to learn it’s raining in your kitchen. What a mess. Quade treated us with respect and kindness. His team was efficient and got our stuff packed and moved into storage. They set up big fans and dehumidifiers that sucked the water out of our home and dried it out. Then started demolition - tearing out parts of our home that were damaged. Walls, ceilings, carpet, wood floors, cabinetry and finishes were removed. Then cleaned and disinfected. I don’t ever want to do this again and would never wish this mess on anyone. Quade was fantastic. We had a water pipe leak and he was quick to come out and dry out the room so we can get it repaired quickly. He had great communication and kept us informed the whole time which was nice.

We were out of town for the week, when our water heater sent a message that it wasn't happy. So we came home almost a week early to find that our toilet filler tube had sprung a leak and water had run down into our basement -- not a pleasant thing. We called our insurance company and they recommended we call Service Master -- or maybe they made the original contact? not sure now. However, Quade and Matt showed up the next morning and went right to work with drying things out and the beginnings of getting us back to "normal" . Both Quade and Matt were friendly and professional. They both took care to keep us informed on what they were doing and when they'd be back - always careful to make sure it all worked for us. Highly recommend using service master! They helped remediate a mold/water damage issue. Quade and Matt were easy and great to work with! Quade answered any questions and concerns I had and was very helpful! Communication was great and they were very prompt to come out and fix the problem.
