Taylor was the worst contractor experience I've ever had. We are still in a dispute over a job a pool pump that he "installed". He did not do the job correctly and was completely unresponsive about fixing it and making it right. It seriously was months of back and forth, he didn't do the job when he first said he would, it took him two weeks later he should up and didn't install it correctly. It was then another month of back and forth, he came out to try and fix it once and couldn't figure it out. After months of waiting, I hired a qualified professional pool pump installer to do the work correctly. This pump installer pointed out that the pump was set to the wrong speed, wired incorrectly, and a gasket was not installed. Don't hire Taylor to do your job, there are real, licensed,

Taylor and his associates have done a great job cleaning and maintaining my hot tub. He's responded to some suggestions I made regarding his billing and has been open to modifying cleaning and maintenance schedules when requested. Very polite and businesslike.

These reviews are such a trip, clearly different people have different experiences. I can only speak for myself - Taylor completely repaired and revitalized the derelict and non-functional hot tub on my rental property in no time flat. The tub hadn't been maintained for years - he dug right in, identified multiple issues, tracked down parts, came back same day and stayed well past business hours to make sure it was running perfectly. Along the way he explained what he was doing, gave me a crash-course in tub ownership and maintenance, just a pro's pro from top to bottom. Very reasonable rates and no hidden costs.
