Pathetic customer service. Never answers the phone. Very defensive and rude when asked to speak to manager about my order not coming in

My boyfriend and I picked up two trays of biscuits this morning and they were all delicious! Can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. We will definitely order ahead next time we are in town! Can’t wait to come back!

I was in this location today. I waited for about 8 min to be served. Then a white man, well several of them proceeded to come in. They then begin to wait on them so I ended up leaving. I was bothered because I felt discriminated against. Giving it more thought I decided to call back to see if this was how things are done there and the lady that first answered the phone was very apologetic but got the manager on the phone who was very rude and simply stated he problem got me and the tall white gentleman confused. I find it hard to believe you can mix up a 4'10 black female with a tall white gentleman. I will never shop at this ever!

Go here if you have any plumbing projects to take care of, especially you’re a homeowner DIY-er. I’m sure their target customer are contractors but they helped me just the same. I needed to replace some parts in my shower handles. One of the employees looked at the old part I brought in for a second, a SECOND, grabbed the parts I needed and said, “Oh yeah, they are right here.” Then I said, “I need to replace the handles too…” This employee, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE PART AGAIN, grabbed the right set of handles. During checkout, I asked if I needed some grease and they told me no. I think this is the third time coming in to the store, first time buying something, and all three times they had the chance to sell me things I did not need.
