Norwich Discount Oil

Our oil delivery came on Saturday instead of two days later, the Monday we had scheduled, because a major storm system was on the way. Someone in the office at NorwichOil decided to put every truck on the road despite it being Saturday so none of the customers would be waiting! Thank you!

We rely on them in the winter. They are always on time and I have never had any trouble.

They dropped my oil tank cap behind the tank into the wall. I understand mistakes happen but all they did was leave a note on my tank saying that's what happened (didnt call or anything) I called and they said they would replace it. They didn't. I called again and they said they would replace it. They didn't. I called a third time and guess what? They didn't come out and replace it. The cap I had on there was $60 key locking one. That's just poor customer service in my book.

Norwich Discount Oil is fantastic. We are first time homeowners & we didn't want to get locked into a bad contract; so it's nice that we can get our oil with no obligations. Every time we call they give us friendly and quick service as well as great turn around time. Additionally, I like that they don't save your credit card info on file (with all the hacking these days, I prefer to give them my credit card # every time).

Norwich Discount Oil is a great business. Their staff are helpful and friendly and of course their prices are extremely competitive. Please take the negative comments here with a grain of salt. NDO and I have done business for many years and they are always there with no gimmicks, no games. This team is the best!
