I appreciated the recommendations, and flexibility Norwood Door had. The communication was superb until it wasn’t. To be explained below. The tech was on-time, was done very quickly, and the unit works as smoothly as I expected. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not home to speak with, make a request or ask question. Nor did I mention to Ruthie (awesome customer service representative) however, because of our absence at the sight, the keypad was mounted on the front of the garage, in plain sight, as opposed to 90° to the right where I would have preferred it. We recently hired Norwood Door to repair the weather stripping on both of our garage doors. Scheduling the repair was super simple and I received a text notice of their arrival. During the repair we were in the middle of a rain storm but it never stopped them and the repair was done quickly and perfectly. Reliable, communicative, and high quality work. Highly recommended.

If you are in need of a new garage door, I would highly recommend Norwood Door Systems. From the time I requested a quote until installation was approximately 3 weeks. Their staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My original garage door was solid wood. It was loud and extremely heavy. My new door has 2 windows at the top which allows so much sunlight into my garage. The door is light and quiet. I just love it. Thank you, Norwood Door Systems!

When I scheduled the service through the Middlesex website, I entered my current and correct address. However, the technician went to my previous address instead. No one arrived at my current address, and therefore no service was actually provided to me. Despite this, I received a bill for the visit, which is not appropriate since the technician did not come to the correct location and no service was performed. I kindly request that this charge be removed.
