I have one of your truck drivers literally blocking a two-way road because they were texting and decided not to keep going. They did it again at a set of lights. I will be sending this to the town officials. I am not bothering to call DPW about your distracted drivers anymore. I’m sending this up the ladder

I have needed the services of water and sewer 3 times since being in Norwood. These guys are amazingly helpful, quick, and educated in their craft. Norwood is lucky to have such great service. Thank you! Kevin Brindle
