Nova Casework

Brandon came by today to complete some touchups on our cabinets and was a pleasure to work with. He was communicative leading up to the appointment and during his time here. He was very detail-oriented and did a nice job of fixing what needed to be fixed. He is replacing what he could not repair cosmetically and was communicative on what the expected timeline will be for what will be replaced. It was clear that Brandon took pride in his work as he stressed the importance of a quality finish. We were fortunate to learn how to care for our cabinets and hope to maintain the expert finish on our cabinets as what was left by Nova Casework. Highly recommend this Canby-based business if you need cabinetry work completed.

Brandon came out to do some work on our cabinets that had just been installed. He was friendly, communicated every step of the way, and even went above and beyond and cleaned up some sloppy caulking left behind from the countertop guys.

Did not enjoy Kyler's aloof and nonchalant attitude towards my concerns. The cabinets from this company have drawer fronts falling off and screws protruding from all over the place. It wouldn't be an issue if it was addressed properly, but this doesn't seem to be anything that Kyler wants to have happen. Won't return calls and when I actually talk to him, he dismisses me as if I'm a child. Steer clear of this company if possible!

Pretty horrible quality cabinets. I've seen them under construction and they definitely use the cheapest materials and cut corners in all areas. Kyler is also a... Piece of work... and would sell you a piece of garbage and tell you it's gold. Don't trust these guys with your cabs. The paint they use chips off just outside of warranty.

Wish I could say it was great based on my first and only contact with Drew. But since he nor anyone ever called back or answered my texts or messages, even after I called the office and was told by Kyler that he would get back. Save weeks of frustration and find another cabinet company.
