Nova Closet Fredericksburg

Ever since I was thinking about remodeling, no matter where I looked it was difficult finding a closet company that is custom enough to fit our needs as Nova closets. They knocked competitors price. I was getting more for less! We wanted something that was simple but also fitted our needs, Edward sat down with us an explained every detail, things we never would have thought of in a thousand years and helped us pick what was right for us. Their customer service is amazing and they left our closets in tip top shape and very clean. They did our master and kids closet. Now we want them to do our pantry closet and my garage storage.

Their customer service is unmatched. Every step of the design process through installation was painless. My husband and I were so impressed with the outstanding, responsive customer service and support, and final product. Their prices are among the most reasonable in the area, and their product is far superior; we will be using them again for future projects. Thanks again!!!

UPDATE: I'm updating my review to 5 stars because despite the amount of time it took, my closet, as well as my husband's closet and our study are absolutely amazing! Henry was patient in working with us and tried to give us everything that we could dream up. Our closets are now probably the best aspects of our entire house! Henry allowed us to apply our creative input and he came up with solutions that are even better than what we could ever imagine. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. I would say if you really want your closet done professionally then definitely contact Henry. He's also very responsive.

Was referred by a friend of mine to use Nova Closet and it was the best $2000 I have ever spent! I had an elegant reach in closet with shelves, hanging, drawers and hamper below. I loved how I could see the designs and pricing during the first virtual meeting. My space is completely transformed and I have easily gained double the storage. I especially like my dividing drawers for socks and underwear. My final closet was exactly the same with the realistic 3D design and installation was totally painless.
