NOVA Construction NOW built a beautiful deck for our townhouse backyard. Their team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable about deck construction. I shared a few rough ideas of what I envisioned, and Nelson refined and expanded them into an outstanding design. He also managed every step of the process — from the county building-permit application and architectural drawings to inspections and final approval — while ensuring compliance with our townhouse community’s architectural requirements. NOVA Construction NOW’s price was over $5,000 less than one of Virginia’s top-rated deck builders, and they finished the project about six weeks sooner than other companies’ estimated timelines.

We had drywall holes patched, plumbing work, electrical work, and lighting replaced. Nelson and his team from Nova Construction were efficient and the work was excellent for a fair price. Highly recommend!
