HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOVA ROOFTEK! My townhouse decided to start leaking copious amounts of rainwater in our upstairs bathroom due to a roof leak. This caused the drywall to sag and form a hole. It’s a townhouse that’s only 9 years old, so you wouldn’t expect roof problems. I was also concerned it being so close to the holidays that I would have to wait for a fix. I contacted NOVA ROOFTEK and had the pleasure of working JOE R. I sent him just a few pics and he was able to quickly figure out the cause of the problem. Our experience with Nova Rooftek was great! We called about a roof leak and they were able to come out and repair the issue the next day ahead of forecasted snow. We appreciate the team for being so friendly and easy to work with.

Thomas is great to work with. Very responsive, and very accountable. There was an issue that arose at the end whether a separate, small part of the roof had in fact been replaced. Thomas looked into the matter, and when he discovered that the workers had overlooked that part of the roof, he had them return promptly to finish the job. He took immediate corrective action even though final payment had already been made. In this same situation, many other contractors would have just cut bait and run, never to be seen or heard from again. Thomas' professionalism and integrity really impressed me, and I would absolutely work with him again.
