Novak and Parker Home Appliance

I recently purchased a wolf cooktop from Novak and Parker. Gil was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and have it delivered within a few weeks when other places were giving me timelines of 6 months. On the day of installation the installation crew came out and realized that the cabinet needed modifications. They were willing to speak to and discuss with my general contractor exactly what needed to be done and then came back another day to install. The installation was smooth and the crew was very professional and tidy. Overall great experience working with them from start to finish and will only order my appliances from here moving forward.

My experience with Novak and Parker was great. I wasn’t sure what stackable washer and dryer would work as I previously had a smaller set that was no longer made. Dina did some research and found units that would meet my space and venting requirements at a lower price point than I expected. The installation crew was quick and efficient. The had no problem meeting my buildings delivery restrictions. I am very happy with my experience at N & P and will definitely make future purchases there.

Margie is the best to work with. My family has had several orders with over the years and she always leads us in the right direction. The delivery and install team is just as wonderful as she is. Delivery day communication was excellent and they showed up right on time!
