Novanna Cleaning Services

I could not be happier with the service - it was my first time using a cleaning service, and while I keep a pretty clean home, I did want someone to do the more difficult areas (baseboards, behind the toilet, windows, etc.) There were areas that I've always struggled to clean that now look brand new, and it feels so much better. I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended it to several friends!

First time, my experience was great! Zuma showed up promptly and did a wonderful job. Second time around, I booked and no one showed up. I called three times to see if anyone was going to come, but no one answered or ever called back. Really unfortunate that the website also shows an error when you try to go to the contact page so I’m really not sure how else to reach out. Update: not sure how the company’s response makes sense… I booked three days before. If you couldn’t confirm the appointment, there was 3 days to let me know that. Also the fact that they took a month to respond and it took this google review is just unacceptable. So unreliable and very disappointing.

Just had my first booking/cleaning with Novanna and I am extremely happy with the service! My cleaner’s name is Zuma, she showed up on time and did a thorough and excellent job. I booked with them for the every other week package after today. Highly recommend this company!

I am all for Novanna Cleaning Services because they were friendly and accomodating. They worked very hard from the time they stepped into the condo until their scheduled shift was over. But most of all they left everything spotless and shiny clean. The oven/stovetop looked like new and the bathroom sparkled. Looking forward for them to do my home regularly!

Zuma was professional, diligent, friendly and did a great job getting the apt ready for new tenants. Bathroom was sparkling clean and refrigerator and oven looked brand new. Highly recommended.
