Well....I can't give zero stars or I would. Called the main number and asked to obtain an estimate for a railing for my porch. I am located in Novi also and thought it would be good to support a local business. Was told by Jim when I called, to email the request and he would get back to me. So I did. I even included photographs of the area where I needed the railing. No response for 3 days after my email. So I emailed again. This time asking if my job was too small or if they were not interested in doing it, to please let me know. I do understand they could have been very busy. But, again, no response via email or telephone. I would even accept a response saying...hey we are swamped with work, give me a couple weeks or a month...no problem. Cannot say a bad thing about my experience with this company. Jim came out the very next when I called for an estimate. Had the estimate 2 days later and it was better than anyone else. Got a quality job done by a very friendly and hard working crew lead by Jason. Jason was very helpful and answered any questions when asked without hesitation. I would not hesitate to recommend Novi Fence to anyone.

In the beginning they installed 2x runs of fencing with gates. They did a great job. We were very happy. Later some tree trimmers came through and somehow jarred the one larger gate. Novi Fence came out a couple times and adjusted the gate for us. Since then, we are still having problems with the one gate. I have called a number of times as they said they would come out but no show. My Wife and I have even told them we would be happy to pay to fix the gate but no one ever shows up or calls back. We just want our gate fixed, that is all.

They did a great job putting up the fence. They were on time and got things done. BUT every year since we had to get some kind of repair work done and each time took about 5 phone calls to get one response, if even. We called today for repair work to be done to the same post that came loose before, and got a jerk of a response. Last year it took nearly three months to get a piece in that broke twice. Their price is tempting, but the after care and service is horrible.
