The Work : was Top Shelf. The result : It Works Great and the Tech ( Joe ) with Mercy ( Apprentice ) Couldn't have been better on all fronts. ** In all fairness - this call was late in the day and they didn't charge for the 911 service call. ** The bottom line is - I will certainly call for Joe going forward, because Great Work should cost more. It's the piece of mind....that's Priceless..!!

Now Plumbing has been the Best to work with. From there Customer Service, Awesome Install Team Greg, Joe very knowledgeable at there Trade. Pleasent and Professional. Installed a new H20 water tank , Helped design a new custom fireplace insert. Would not use anyone else. Thanks guys!

Now Plumbing is exceptional and they stand behind all of their work. I had concerns about my fireplace after not using it for several months after they serviced it. They came out free of charge just to make sure it was still safe to operate. Greg, the manager, goes out of his way to provide exceptional, caring and professional service. They also take extra care to keep my house as clean as they have found it.

Absolutely phenomenal work and customer service. Total transparency with pricing. I still cannot believe how much they got done in a few hours. Water heater replacement, water softener installation, RO installation, faucet and valve installs as well. Very respectful while working and answered all questions before, during and after the process.

Outstanding experience. I contacted the company and spoke with Mike, who listened carefully as I described the fireplace issue. He asked several thoughtful questions and helped me resolve the problem immediately—without any mention of a service visit. He then took additional time to offer safety recommendations and guidance for future use of the fireplace. This level of professionalism and courtesy, especially at 5 p.m. on a Friday, was sincerely appreciated. Now Plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. 🙏
