Nowling's Air Conditioning & Heating

We had AC go out late last week and called in and got on the schedule. I met Chase who was friendly and was accommodating to my dogs curiosity. Checked out unit and made repair. Will use in the future if I have any other issues.

Absolutely unprofessional service. We had them install 3 units just over 2 years ago. We had an issue with the control board. Called them, they said they had it ordered, we waited over a week and they completely ghosted us. No call, no explanation, nothing!

We wish our experience was like the other reviews. We had a brand new air conditioning unit and some duct work installed. After the house wouldn’t cool, we found a 16” opening in the duct work. We repaired, called and they came out to check it. Then we noticed two other boots hooked up to our trunk lines had 2” openings around them where they weren’t fastened properly…blowing much of our cold air under the house. Again, we repaired and called them to come check it. We have never heard back from them. Also, our new unit has condensation dripping under the unit instead of going out the drain line. We have called several times and have not received a response. The people were nice and gave us a good warranty on parts & labor, BUT we can’t get them to return a call or come out.

We were having issues with our a/c so Mr Nowling stopped by to diagnose and give us our options. We ended up going with a new unit, which was installed quickly with no hassle. Very personable, knowledgeable and just all around nice people. Would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're having issues in the area!

Reasonable,Honest, Respectful and Kind. We had 3 other people come out ALL said we needed a new system they couldn't figure out what the previous owner did to it. Nowling's worked on it for an hour and a half and found out the wrong relay was on it and whomever changed it over from gas to electric never changed the settings so it was still in gas mode. Thank y'all so much.
