I cannot rate service because it didn't happen. But I can give 1 star for dependability. We had an appointment this morning for the first service visit/demo. I even received an email 2 days before to confirm. No show. No phone call about possible issue with scheduled appointment, email, nothing. I tried to call and got voicemail. Left a message. No response. We were simply ghosted.

Andrew did a great job at my house. The windows and siding look so nice and clean. Great customer service too! Andrew worked with my schedule and went out of his way to explain the work he would be doing at my house. I will definitely use NowUc again!

Andrew did a great job on our windows! It’s amazing how much brighter our home feels. We still had tons of dust and gunk from construction and he was able to get rid of all of quickly.
