NTY Windows

NTY Windows did an amazing job at our house! I love our new windows! The quality is exactly as described, and they were able to install 5 windows in one day no problem, we were very impressed. The man they had do the installation was very nice, polite, courteous, and thorough. We worked with Zach and his team and they did not disappoint. Their communication and customer service has been excellent. No hidden fees, no delays, no surprises. Just all around great job. We will recommend their services to our friends, neighbors and family.

Our home was damaged in a hail storm in July! It was crazy! NTY windows offered a deal we couldn't refuse, and they didn't disappoint! The windows look great, and I love how easy they are to clean, even the outside on the second story! The young gentleman (James) that did the install was great. He drove from a different state, not once but twice, to do the install by himself. Travel, Thanksgiving holiday, and weather made it impossible to complete all 10 windows at a time. I'd recommend the company to anyone needing windows!

Our 36 year old home needed new doors and windows. A friend recommended we talk with Zach at NTY Windows. I called Zach and he came out to show us what they had. We had looked into other companies and could not afford those. We thought we would only do the west side of our house, but ended up doing the entire house. We replaced 21 windows and 3 sliding doors. For the windows we used the casement windows as that is what we had originally. Zach worked up the cost and off we went. Installers came to do final accurate measurements and placed the order. We are really enjoying our new windows. The installers were very professional and did a great job on the windows. The windows look great, so much better than our old ones, and I am looking forward to the lower power bills because of the improved energy performance ratings. I can also open the windows toward the inside to wash the outside windows. No more climbing on ladders to wash windows (see picture). All in all we are very pleased with the windows.

Great sales people, not so much in customer service. Had all 9 windows and 1 out of two sliding glass doors replaced, i was told by the salesman that i can get the one slider replaced at a later date. I chose to take that option. Once the install was done I walked it and was not impressed, the caulking was all over the windows not smooth two windows where cut short so they tried to fix it by sloping the grout to the windows. The slider was not thick enough to meet my hardwood floors and trim. I called the salesman and told him my concerns and was insured that it would all be taken care of. They sent a crew out to fix the caulking, still waiting on the slider that I decided to get installed and my floor and trim to get fixed at agreed time after the second door was installed so that they c
