This company connected us to city drain system and removed septic tank. Recently had back up issues and a professional plumber indicated there were issues with the drain from the house to the lateral connection at the street. I called to have them come inspect the line the installed but refused to check it an claimed it was a drain issue under the house without even checking,. I now have to pay for a replacement of the line they installed that broke at one of the connections.
