They came to my house and made suggestions for finishing and edges that I never would have thought of. They sent out a measuring team that made balsam wood templates of the entire project. The removal of the old counters and installation of the new ones took just 4 hours and was flawless. And 20 years later I am still thrilled. Worth every penny.
