Nu Kitchens

We had our kitchen remodeled. The communication between NU Kitchen with my contractor was horrible. The stains for the panels were different. The counter tops came at 9pm to install. And they installed the wrong sink and said there was no record of it. That was after being late on delivery and they had to come back another two more times. The doors weren't lining up. I ended up doing it after the owner told me there was nothing else he could do. Started sending me text asking about paying my invoice when he never sent me the final invoice. Sold me on customer service and reassured me on the product and installation. Didn't happen. Was anything but.

Purchased expensive solid surface shower and countertop in my bathroom from them a couple of years ago. Spent close to $10000. The solid surface sink began to show cracks less than two years later. Called to ask for help with this issue and the owner would not fix the problem. Don’t do business with these people. Great while selling to you, but they do not back up their work. Response... Not true. You set no appointment with me. Even though my sales receipt says NuKitchen, you told me it was not your responsibility because you had only recently bought the business. When you buy a business, you buy the responsibility of the warranties for that business. UPDATE Thanks Randy! I recently renovated one of our bathrooms And had a pretty specific idea in mind of how I wanted it to look, but didn't know what my options were. I stopped in to visit Randy at Nu Kitchens and showed him some inspiration photos, and BAM...he ordered cabinetry for me that was better than I even could have imagined! The bathroom looks amazing and now I can't wait to get the kitchen redone!!!

We have remodeled two kitchens now using this company. One for ourselves and my mother liked it so much she decided to remodel her own as well. Both turned out perfect. We would be glad to use them again in the future.
