They returned my call and came when they said so that is great, many don't. The gentlemen seemed to know what they were doing but the work was sloppy, Also I felt the charge was a bit high for work that was done. They were thorough in checking for the issue and ended up confirming what I had suspected from the beginning and they also found one other potential suspect so I had them go ahead and put in the trap, the work was sloppy. OK second update, obviously they look at the reviews left for them and care about both the quality of their work and customer service. they are willing to come back out and repair this under their warranty. Nu-Way is our go-to plumber. He has unclogged a washing machine drain that we couldn’t get with our own auger. He has also repaired a pipe that was leaking in our basement. And we’ve also had him out to do some plumbing during a shower remodel. Each job was completed correctly the first time and efficiently. No complaints. I agree with the previous comment that says you usually have to get a hold of him by voicemail/phone tag but he does indeed call back in a timely manner and stick to his appointments. And I also agree that he is always willing to explain what he thinks is going on and how it can be fixed.

I don't have a lot of experience with prices on plumbing, but I think this guy's prices are a little high, otherwise I would have given him five stars. Over the last year I've had him out to my house twice. Unlike other plumbers in Rolla, he answers his phone, he doesn't take forever to show up, and he is reliable. I've had him hook the water up to my refrigerator, fix the shower intake pipe that was leaking, replace toilet guts, and most recently, replace two outdoor faucets that were leaking. Aside from the price, I definitely recommend him.

This plumber is legit. He shows up ASAP, gives fair prices, and is HONEST. Like, seriously, he told me that if we switched toilet paper we would probably have no further pipe problems. We switched, and we haven't had any problems - if he really wanted to take our money he could have kept that tip to himself. We've used him multiple times since (for other reasons).

In my experience Nu-Way's prices are fair. I've been charged more for lower quality work from other plumbers. What I like most is Nu-Way doesn't hesitate to call back. This is the only plumber to actually return every single one of my calls and show up and complete the job in a timely manner.
