I cannot recommend Nugent enough I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Brett and Tom came to fix a broken water pipe and they were awesome. They were so efficient and did an all around amazing job. They were both so friendly and I was definitely comfortable with them in my home. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your hard work! :)

Cannot give this company enough stars!!! The water line manual feed valve was compromised & needed to be replaced. This is the main waterline to the house. I was concerned about the expected freezing temperature. Contacted Nugent plumbing & they arrived within the hour. Billy the technician was fantastic! Didn’t stop working from the time he arrived until the job was completed. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced.

The home I bought about 5 years ago in Holly Springs seemed to have lower water pressure than my previous Cary home. But not enough to do anything about it, cost wise. Recently, the water pressure from any faucet in the home was getting worse, lower even more and now sometimes we could hear a banging sound in the walls randomly when we used the hot water(shower and sinks) in our main bathroom. Called Nugent Plumbing and they came the next day and they were even early to my appointment time. (Good). I explained my concerns to Joe and Tom and they went right to work. They found corrosive issues and replaced an originally installed water pressure regulator valve(contractors installed -19 years old) that we suspected was the biggest problem and I have thought that was the main issue. I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Joseph and the owner (I believe his name was Rick). We're renters who have been having a pretty rough time with our property management company lately. Nugent has come several time at odd, late hours, to do their best to help. Our property management company regularly fails at being transparent and communicative, but Nugent still makes it work and comes out late and takes the time to thoroughly explain things to us as residents. It's appreciated more than we can say. When the day comes that we're able to ditch this property management company and become homeowners ourselves, I know for sure that Nugent will be the ones we call when we have trouble. I wish I could give more stars to Nugent Plumbing! The water line feeding my apartment burst on a chilly Saturday morning in December, and Joseph came and fixed it all in one day. I can't begin to tell how appreciative I was. He was extremely friendly and did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. The customer service provided was top of the line! I would recommend Nugent Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber!
