Our 50 gallon hot water heater decided it didn’t want to hold water anymore and leaked into our basement. I made one call to Nunes who came out and replaced our old gas power vented tank with a tankless system. The install went smoothly and aside from the new heater and extra space in the basement you’d never know they were at the house. Nunes is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, I can’t recommend them enough.

We had used nunes plumbing for a few years. They were pretty good. Our last experience was very disappointing. We had a scheduled appointment and my husband took the day off to be home when they arrived. Nobody called , nobody showed up. When I called the office Tiffany ( plumbers wife ) said “ oh I left a message on your cell phone “ when I said what number did you call she laughed and said well maybe I dialed the wrong number “. Well my husband took a day off from work so I didn’t think this was funny as he waited all day and nobody showed up. She then said they had a couple of emergencies “ well I get that but do we not know how to pick up the phone and tell the customer.
