NW Cabinet Source

I had a kitchen remodel done in early 2023, NW Cabinet Source was a pleasure to work with on the design side and through the whole process. They had great recommendations for how to make the most of a small kitchen and were very responsive during the whole process. Installation went smoothly although some of the cabinets had been damaged during shipping (Not NW Cabinets fault). They quickly replaced the damaged parts. We have had the cabinets for two years now and are very happy with them.

I ordered a full kitchen from them in January 2025. Initially, the process went very well—I was pleased with how quickly they created the design and placed the order, and everything felt smooth and efficient at the start. Unfortunately, that experience changed after delivery. We are now well into the new year, and I never received the shelves that were missing from the original delivery. I have called multiple times, sent emails, and even visited in person. Each time, I was told someone would follow up or that the order would be placed, but no one ever got back to me. As a business owner myself, I find this extremely disappointing. I always try to be considerate of others and their time, and in this situation, my time was not respected or valued. This company is AMAZING! We purchased a new counter depth refrigerator for our Portland house that was supposedly the same size as the one that we were replacing and it needed to fit into a built-in enclosure. Well, the dimensions of the new one were off (larger) by about 1/8" preventing it from fitting in the built-enclosure. We panicked and started calling all Yelp 5 star rated kitchen cabinet companies in town while our new refrigerator sadly sat in the middle of our kitchen. This company (NW Cabinet Source) immediately answered my desperate plea for help with Erv S. coordinating and Bill P. (the owner) coming out to modify the cabinetry the NEXT day!!!
