We were looking to replace old cedar shake roof and two of my friends highly recommended Ivan from NW Home Exteriors. I quickly got a quote for good, better and best and we picked middle one. When they are ready do replace roof of our home, Jared, Ivan's brother worked with me. He brought his best crew, lead by Francisco and they did a fantastic job. They worked during cold days but it took about a week as it rained in between. When all done, Ivan brought his Dad on Thanksgiving day to pressure wash driveway and gutters, which I truly appreciate. Not licensed, not insured, not bonded. They will take your deposit, and not schedule you, and then when you ask for your deposit back. They will ghost you. Look them up on CCB and see their license status yourself. Their CCB company name is NW Home Exteriors LLC CCB# 210697. ***EDITED After the owners reply***: There was no unpermitted work on my house, stop trying to make me look like a crazy home owner. Been asking for an update for 8 weeks and I've received 1 response back about maybe putting me on the schedule.You have failed to update me about any process or progress. You guys only ordered the part after I kept nagging about an update. Now you guys have been ghosting me about getting my deposit back.
