The technicians were on time, very friendly, efficient, professional, and competent. Our house and detached garage look amazing, like they have a fresh coat of paint! We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our family and friends.

It was the absolute best softwash experience I've ever had. I reached out to NW Softwash due to a large amount of moss on the back side of my roof that I did not know how to get rid of.. NW Softwash was quick to help and super responsive and professional the whole way through. They explained in detail what the job would entail and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. One last thing I want to share is that they now do window washing and are hands down amazing. I used a couple of other companies in the past, and they are nowhere near the level that NW Softwash is at. My windows were so clean my wife thought the windows were removed in our bedroom. I give NW Softwash 5 stars ALL day long. Get your roof done and wash those windows. IT'S SUMMER TIME!

This team was very professional. I had my roof, gutters, house and driveway pressure washed. Only negative is they wanted to pound a nail into my roof peak for a safety anchor. I 100% understand the need for safety but they should employ a non-penetrating anchor like a RidgePro rather than drive a nail thru my new roof. Also they do use a chlorine based cleaner so there will be some plant loss if that is an issue for you. Yes they are pricey but in this case you get what you pay for!

NW Softwash washed our windows for this spring season and removed the 5+ years of hard water stains on the outside of our windows! We have now had multiple services preformed by them and couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and kindness of their staff!
