I wish I had a 0 start option. We just bought a house and woke up one day with no water pressure in the home. Called them since they were an emergency contact and they said they work for the builder not me and to call my builder. Called the builder and they scheduled the visit. Called them back to get an time frame on when they would come out and they told me they canceled the work order because it's nothing they could do. This was an all day back and forth ordeal before anyone came to my home with no running water. Terrible customer service. Had I known this we would've bought a different house.

This company installs 125 psi relief valves in place of a thermal expansion tank. The new PEX lines are only rated for 100 PSI when the water is hot. Piedmont residential uses Northwest plumbing solely and several people in my neighborhood have had PEX lines burst due to this practice. I'm sure it's partly piedmont's fault, but it's 100% also Northwest plumbing's fault. All of our houses were about 4 to 5 years old when the pipes started failing due to this discrepancy.

Stay away!!!! I have a new construction home where the builder used this company. Within10 days of being in the home, I have had two sewage back ups. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. The finding was due to a poor job at installation which will require a major repair. Meanwhile, I am was unable to use the toilet because there was no sense of urgency to getting the repair scheduled. The office staff lacks organization and prioritization!

Stay away. We have a new construction home, so it's not unexpected that there will be issues. Our builder uses this company for their plumbing warranty work. Had a guy come out new year's eve to fix a toilet that is constantly running and an alarm that is constantly going off on our water heater. The plumbers that came out were nice enough guys. The guy told me that the toilet was fixed they needed to order a part for the water heater and they would come back once the part gets in. 15 minutes after the guy walks out the door, the toilet starts running again (and as an added bonus water is seeping out of the bottom of the toilet) I immedatly call the company to let them know to see if they could send the guy back. Was able to get an appointment within a day of making the initial phone call, Cory showed up on time and did an amazing job looking into our complaints and the service was exceptional!
