NXT cabinets in Austin is a full custom beautiful cabinet builder. Once finished, it will be exquisite. They get 4 stars since there were necessary changes that bumped us off their busy schedule and it’s been hard to get it finished. I’d recommend an abundance of good, repetitive communication in the planning stage. In the end, I will enjoy these gorgeous cabinets for a long time.
We came to NXT after another (no longer in business) cabinet shop stole our money. We were in the middle of a home-build and the turn around time was tight, but Mike was very empathetic, and he worked with us to meet our deadline. The whole process from design to install was seamless and we absolutely love ALL of our cabinets. Their measuring and engineering were all on-point, and their installation was top-notch . You can tell that they care about their customer and want to please, and it comes through in the interactions with all of the team members, and most important, in the product itself.
They’re not friendly business because I’m deaf customer and get me out. No reason.. unfriendly business !
