I have worked with many general contractors in the past 8 years, but Edmond and his team have been the most committed to our shared client's satisfaction so far. Every time an unexpected situation has come up, they put all their efforts to address it in ways that could be handled from a client's budget perspective as well as a cohesive design's one. Edmond knows how to listen to a client's and designer's requests and he's quick at elaborating ways of achieving the correct result. In one of the projects we worked together, NY Eagle even learned how to install a new finish for some floors and backsplashes. They executed every step perfectly and the result was better than other installations I have seen in NYC.

We had an issue with termites that destroyed the structure of our garage. The wood was eaten away and the structure was unstable. Edmund and Eagle responded immediately and provide a thorough review & reasonable quote. The scope of work was clearly defined and detailed. The rebuild execution was flawless, they protected the contents and took away all debris; and Edmund and Sammy were very communicative to provide updates and answer questions. We're thrilled with the work Edmond, Sammy, and the Eagle Contractors team did on our home. Edmond is a real professional—responsive, friendly, honest, and importantly for us, very communicative. Edmond was always willing to chat about the details of the project, from the specific steps involved to the minutia of pricing. Just a pleasure to work with. This was especially important because the nature of our job. We had significant water damage in several rooms, including our daughter's bedroom and across our entire living area. Eagle handled the demo and removal, re-pointing of the brick, sealing with waterproof primer, insulation, drywall, paint, etc. The work is flawless and our place looks brand new. Eagle also handled the installation of a brand new skylight opening and roof access lad

Did a large renovation on a townhouse. Edmond and team really care about the quality of the work and any time there were issues they would make sure to resolve them. Edmond is also honest and straightforward.

Eagle did a great job and for the good price we agreed on at the outset. They are professional and knowledgeable, and gave us good suggestions and options for the array of work we needed (Ida remediation in the cellar and exterior wall, bathroom fixtures installation and retiling, leak elimination and tin ceiling replacement). Edmond is a pleasure to work with, and we would call Eagle again if we have contractor needs in the future.
