NY Kitchen and Home Design Center

I purchased the Triple Sliding (tri-pass) shower door LY3501(PC) this past summer. NYKHDC was the only place I could find this specific shower door. It arrived faster than expected, but then I had to find a contractor to install it. I'm happy to say that my bathroom remodel is now in progress.

I couldn't believe it. They were a bunch of scam artists running the business. I have been trying to contact the owner, but he doesn't want to respond to me. It is time for me to go after this company in all respects. Don't make any advance deposit to them. I have made a deposit of $10k to them, and now they refuse to return my money and don't provide any goods or services to me. BECAREFUL!!!

I searched locally, then nationwide on the internet to find triple track shower doors. NYKHDC was the only source. In addition, the people at NYKHDC were very professional, very thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. An easy 5-Star review.

Excellent customer service! I arrived at the store as they were literally closing but they stayed open a little bit longer to accommodate me, as they would be closed until the following week. They were very helpful during my unfortunately brief visit.
