I had a relatively very solid experience with Mike and his team. The movers were on time, communicative, and efficient, especially when compared to the price point of some other movers in the city. All of our items were packed incredibly safe and professionally for the most part. We did notice some small scuffs on our bed frame once they put it back together so I called Mike to let him know and he went well beyond what he needed to do to make it right. He refunded me well over what their coverage required and even came back himself to touch up the frame and make it new again. I totally understand there can always be mishaps but the way Mike handled it was generous and I appreciate the way he does business in a way that can make both parties happy.

These guys are the BEST! They moved our 4 bedroom from the heights to bushwick. They were incredibly fast, professional and affordable! We had a fantastic experience. Chris, Tony, and Danny were my amazing movers! Friendly, efficient and caring. They moved me between 2 studio apartments with some tight turns and did an excellent job. The whole thing only took 3 hrs! Would highly recommend them for your next move.

Second time using NY Minute Movers and Chris, Tony , and Josh came promptly and moved everything from our 2 bed apartment quickly and professionally. Price was great compared to other movers and everything was wrapped (TV, Couch, etc) well and protected. Would definitely use them again.

Wife, two boys, and myself moved from Houston, TX to NYC. It was already a stressful and exciting time, made all the simpler with NY Minute Movers. The office picked up the phone right away, offered straight forward pricing, tirelessly answered all my questions, and booked the date no problem at all. It was the best bang-for-buck after getting quotes from four other moving companies, all equally and highly rated of course, but NY Minute Movers gave me the best vibe overall. The moving team showed up to our PODS container early in the morning, well prepared, with a good truck, and three excellently trained professionals of great attitude and solid muscle.
