They came out to me same day, performed a very tricky installation of a window AC unit in my apartment. They were the first service based company that performed so well it compelled me to leave a generous tip. The price point is somewhat premium, but they were definitely a white collar company in a blue collar industry. Cant say enough.

I called early Monday morning because I needed to get my custom made shades/blinds taken down because I had to turn in my keys to vacate my old apartment and put them up in my new apartment and I appreciated their prompt response and the professionalism and skills that I saw and that is coming from a Marine Corps veteran who has seen a lot. The employee Tony who showed up was so skilled that I asked him to change the toilet seat put up a electric heater that is wall mo unted seal my front door to keep roaches from entering my apartment blocking a vent in my kitchen with a filter put up multiple blinds in the living room and the bedroom and I'm sure that I'm forgetting a few things all in a day's work. Stay away from this company. These people are dishonest do a terrible job and rob you from your money. I called this company to install a light fixture. I was quoted $145.00 by the owner of the company.. The serviceman came to the apartment and put up the fixture and while there was no need to change the light switch since it was new, he decided to change and then charged me $ 440.00 He demanded cash and was standing in the apartment yelling, screaming threatening to put a lien on the apartment. I was afraid he might hit me or hurt me, so I had no choice but to pay the money. he gave me no receipt just left.I contacted the owner who first did not pick up, and when I called him back he was yelling and screaming on the phone just like his worker did.
