Russell my service technician had excellent communication prior to his scheduled visit. On site, Russell displayed a very professional and knowledgeable approach to his work. He was mindful and respectful of his surroundings and was thorough in leaving his work space as he found it. I highly recommend both Russell and his employer for all your Frig repair needs!!

Russell (the technician that was sent) did a great job fixing my Bosch dishwasher. Good communication, worked quickly, and was tidy with cleaning up after the job was done. Would hire again.

The person on the phone was knowledgeable and was able to quote a price right away. The fee for evaluation was reasonable and included in the repair price. The tech called to let us know he was coming and in how long, ❤️had shoe covers!!❤️, explained what he was doing, even helped clean a part when he saw me struggling, and was done pretty quickly.
