This company scammed me out of nearly 2k. I paid for 2 visits upfront, which I was happy to do as they were initially supportive, responsive, and helpful. Once payment was received, that changed. It was impossible to get a response on scheduling the second visit. The customer service representative answers every question with "100%," when in fact, there was 0% service, responsiveness, or resolution. I spent THREE MONTHS! calling, texting, emailing - when I threatened legal action I was told I would be reimbursed for the full amount of my payment - then promptly ghosted again. In the same email, they stated they would not contest if I chose to dispute through my bank.
