DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! don’t spend your money here , take your business else where!!!! One day after work i get to the garage to pick up my car i find my car parked by the door outside the garage and designated parking area on top of a bunch of metal poles and scrap metal what looked like scaffolding parts, when I asked one of the garage attendants why my car was parked there he answered “the garage is small if you don’t like it don’t park here and tell me that there are other garages around” (short guy with longish curly hair) when I question what he just said to me the other garage attendant (white Spanish guys wish short black hair) came up the ramp taking his shirt off and stepping up to me and while yelling in an attempt to Intimidate me 😂😂. the shot guy with long hair grabs hi

Great experience. Easy drop off & car was ready when we wanted it. I thought the garage was clean. No issues like other reviewers posted. Would park here next time

trying to locate this place is a little confused but people can locate in Google map 100 maiden lane the Garage is located behind the building (9 cedar st ) or (11 cedar st) The Prices and hours open to the public are , clearly visible. Some people give bad reviews for some experience they had, perhaps because of the price they paid at that time, but it is the duty of each person to ask and review the notices where the prices and opening hours are marked. The service is relatively fast, cordial and friendly.

I'll give 1 star, because "0" is not possible. I showed up to this parking garage on Oct 27. I pulled up, and popped my trunk to get some stuff out. The attendant yelled at me to close the trunk, despite the fact that I politely asked for 30 seconds to get my work boots on. He remained annoyed, and revved the hell out of my car, as he was not good a driving a manual transmission. Later on, he wondered why I didn't tip him. Unbelievable! Spend your money elsewhere.

I just had a bad experience with the Edison ParkFast at 167 Front Street and was stuck downtown with my bicycle looking for monthly parking. The attendant Jacques Lalane (completely unforgettable name!) took the initiative to figure out a monthly plan for me despite the fact that none of the paperwork I needed to fill out was available after hours. I really appreciated the fact that iPark trusts and empowers their employees to make sound business decisions on behalf of the company. As a result of this, I was able to take care of what I needed to take care of even after having been let down by two other garages! My only comment is fix the pricing on your sign - while the car pricing is likely accurate, the bicycle certainly is not! Thanks again, Jacques!
