NYC Parking 100 William Garage Corp

We parked here on July 1, 2025, and had a terrible experience. The attendant lifted our car on the garage lift incorrectly, which caused serious damage to the roof. Our insurance company is still dealing with them to get the repairs covered. The space is extremely tight, and the staff handled the car carelessly. Would not recommend this garage to anyone who values their vehicle.

Worst parking experience ever. We stayed for over 24. Told the guy at what time a was leaving. He said 62$ because we had a discount from Holiday Inn. When a get my car back, he says it’s 124$ cause I was there for more than 24hours. But he knew that… If it is 62$ a day, tell the client it’s 62$ a day not just 62$. The guy was rude. Will never go back there.

I was racially profiled and forced to CLIMB up to my car to grab my belongings. That's right CLIMB. In their EXTREMELY poorly taken care of business (if that's what you want to call it) I was told that If I wanted to get my money from my car I had to climb up the lift where it was held. I was FURIOUS. My foot Is killing me since I jumped down from my car. I ruined my clothes, shoes, hair, and brand new handbag.. on my BIRTHDAY. It was DISGUSTING. UNPROFESSIONAL. Fire them ALL. The Gild Hotel partners with them, and I truly feel sooo bad for them. DO NOT PARK HERE.

If I can give 0 or negative stars, I would. 6 months passed since the last review and they’re STILL the same. So messed up!! they’re gonna TOTALLY ruin your car, break someone else’s car WITH YOURS and then play dumb. Dont ever spend money here no matter how desperate. It’s not worth it. Shame on all of you, God sees everything ❤️

THIS IS THE WORST IPARK LOCATION!! I parked there and went to work, when I return after work my car left mirror had blue paint mark from the Lyft. They rubbed compound to removed the paint. I was pleased. I took my other vehicle there a Mercedes Benz GLS 450 2019 when I returned after work my vehicle had a dent in the back, damaged on the chrome by the rear wipers. I placed a claim and the end result is their not responsible. Now I have to pay for their reckless behavior. I reported them to BBB. I would advise anyone to never park there.
