NYC Parking 1025 Fifth Garage Corporated

Hello, I’m writing to file a formal complaint regarding damage that occurred to my car while it was parked at your facility. I recently parked my vehicle there, and when I returned, I noticed a chip on the passenger-side door that was not there before. I know my car very well because I work at a car wash and I’m extremely careful with it. In fact, I had washed it just yesterday and even showed the employees how clean and damage-free it was. My car only has one scratch that it came with when I purchased it — other than that, it had no damage prior to this incident. Despite this, I was told that a report would be made but that the damage wasn’t caused by your team. I find this unacceptable and frustrating, as I’m 100% certain the damage occurred while in your care. I would appreciate it i

Polite and patient staff! 95 parking spaces, convenient location. However, very pricey, but life is pricey in NYC.

The best parking location we used this week. Super friendly staff. Very clean and organized too. The location is awesome too...located near a lot of popular places near Central Park, the major museums, etc. Prices are about average compared to the other parking garages in the area. Our car came out in perfect condition too. Thanks!

Reserved parking on Spot Hero and they denied me the space I paid for. Attendant was verbally aggressive when asked questions calmly about my reservation. Awful service!

Easy access to MMA..short walk. $35 for 7hrs. for my Highlander with coupon from internet. Pretty reasonable compared to other lots for $40-50.
