NYC Parking 106 Mott Street Parking Corp.

Left car here for a few hours was 38 for i think 9 hours I used spot hero app to book.. no issues would come again

I arrived the i park at 106 Mott st 3:49PM early than the time I booked, they said WE MIGHT charge you $15 extra. And ask me what time I leave. Because I come early. I said to them right away I can rebook at that moment but they ask me what time I will leave . At the end they let me in . when I leave they ask me $15 dollars extra because I arrived too early. If I come before my Reservation you can reject me won’t let me in or I can cancel the Original booking and rebook the other new one exactly the time I arrive . that is not fair for the everyone. I pay them cash $15 dollars. Look like they doing something sneaky without any policy

I would give this place a zero if there is an option!!! I am firious with what happened with my praking experience today in this horrible place!! They should always let the customers know ahead of time before we decided to park our SUV or not. I parked my SUV without no staff telling me my SUV is considered ‘oversize’ in this parking place which never happened and as matter of fact that I parked my car in the neighborhood yesterday in another parking space and my car is considered regular. How ironic is that!!!

Scammers, parked for 30 minutes to charge my Tesla, instead of honoring 30 min price, they forced me to pay "early bird special" price. The valets Chris and Mauricio are just miserable. Filing complaint with NYC department of consumer affairs and disputing credit card charge

Very rude staff refused to let me use bathroom even after they rapped me off by paying $25 for half hour only just to use Tesla super slow charging plus charging for electricity I’ll never again Use them.
