NYC Parking 116th - 117th Street Parking Corp..

Attendants are friendly but like to tag cars as oversized to charge more. Or like to say I owe more because I paid through an SpotHero. Garage is clean, spacious but beware if booking through an app or have a mid sized car.

iPark: 116-117th Street Parking Garage charged me an extra $15 for an SUV to exit the garage even though I have a Crossover vehicle. This is a frustrating bait-and-switch by the garage after it advertised a competitive price through a parking reservation app.

I reserved through Spot Hero and was under the impression that I had paid all that was due and that was that. But when I returned, they wanted me to pay extra for the stay. Looking at the receipt, what I paid via Spot Hero was just the reservation and the actual parking service was separate. Which I could understand to a degree but it would have been nice if that was advertised. Other than that the attendant was generally friendly.

Been using this station for almost two years. The service is professional and friendly. Even helped us with battery jump from their personal cars. They are amazing!! Richard, the manager, is the absolute best. We don't deserve Richard's care, dedication, and professionalism. Feels just like White glove service

This is by far the worst garage I've ever used in New York City. No matter what time of the day it is they have one guy on, and that one guy often seems to have no idea how to work in a parking garage. You can call ahead by an hour for your car and it will still be parked three cars back and it will take them 20 minutes just to find your keys. On top of that, some of the gentlemen are very nice, but some of them are extraordinarily rude. So rude sometimes you call for your car and you think you have the wrong number because the guy is yelling "I don't have any idea what you're talking about!" I mean these are pretty basic conversations. "I would like my car number x at y time of day." I know you're busy watching the TV blaring in the background but.... Finally, while it's not the most ex
