NYC Parking 145 Bradhurst Garage Corp.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. They routinely block your car in with other vehicles and then claim they don’t have the keys to move them. I’ve been stranded multiple times waiting for other customers to show up just so I can leave. Unorganized and completely unreliable.

In line and had the gate closed in my face while I'm driving in is insane. Calling corporate in the morning. No words just gate down after letting the car in front of me in what is wrong with these ppl.. Oh I know. We let them get away with treating us like this so it continues🤬

Booked parking via spothero for a nearby NYRR running race. I had no issues and the attendant was very nice. However, they were not capable of handling the extra volume and people with reservations were turned away. So just as a precaution for this garage in particular, a spothero reservation does not guarantee you parking. Be warned!

Yves, the carribbean man that works there is a very disrespectful, arrogant, rude and condescending attendant and manager. I paid for parking on Spothero. When I got there in the morning to park, Yves aggressively approached me while I was entering the garage and abruptly stopped me. He asked me if I had paid for parking. I said yes. He asked me if I had paid for SUV and to show him how much I paid for. I told him I had paid $116. He was so nasty with his questions and disposition. He never said anything about how much I paid for parking after I showed it to him on the app. When I came back 5 days later to pick up my car I was told by the attendant on duty I had to pay 50 dollars extra as their rates was different from what I paid on Spothero. I really enjoyed my time using the parking garage. I made my reservation on spot hero and was able to walk to Yankee Stadium easily. I avoided all the traffic and headaches and it was a seamless transition I would recommend. Staff was friendly as well.
