NYC Parking 1510 Lex Garage Corp.

Can’t believe how bad this experience was. I waited 30 minutes to get my car in an another 15 to get it out. The photos are super misleading - just AI stock pulled off the internet. The actual garage is only accessible to attendants, who drive your car into an elevator and park it for you. Not the spacious, easy to use garage I thought I’d booked.

They were all nice and it was pretty cheap for all day parking. It is valley service with a lift, so I want worried about safety for my car.

I'd give 0 star if I could. Do not go. The guy who went get our car scratched the front of it with the car elevator and drove recklessly towards us (our car is a low profile and he did not slow down at the incline, so the car hit the bump). The guy couldn't speak english very well so we couldn't have a conversation about it. Bottom line is they are not paying for the damage THEY caused. The best we had was a refund on the parking spot... (a whopping $20). Have to go through insurance and all the hassle to get it repaired. Do. Not. Recommend. Stay as far away as you can...

Can I give less than one star? I feel like they owe me stars!! I was a monthly garage tenant. One morning when I picked up my car the front right side of the car was nicely scratched up with white paint that happens to match the pillar at the entrance of the garage. I pointed it out to the attendant and he had me fill out a claim form that said I would be contacted in 7-10 business days. One month later after countless messages and emails with no response I submitted a complaint with the better business bureau. Sure enough,one week later I received a letter in the mail stating that my claim was being denied with no reason or comments. No one spoke with me, no one asked to see pictures of the car... No contact at all but they came to the conclusion that this want their fault. How convinien

Tight spot. Not the best location for a Zipcar, sometimes there is a decent wait for your car.
