NYC Parking 155 East 76th Street Garage Corp.

Staff was friendly and got my car quickly. But it cost $75 for 1.5 hrs around 4pm. Crazy!

I BOOKED A RESERVATION IN THIS GARAGE USING SPOTHERO. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER EVER CONSIDER USING THIS GARAGE. I AM A BORN AND RAISED NEW YORKER, AND YES SOME OF US HAVE AN EDGE BUT FOR THE MOST PART WE ARE DECENT PEOPLE. I BOOKED A RESERVATION FOR ONE OF MY STAFF TO VISIT A CLIENT. THEY ARRIVED AT THIS GARAGE AND WERE TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROOM. MY STAFF PERSON SHOWED HIS RESERVATION AND PAYMENT RECEIPT AND THIS VERY RUDE OWNER SAID "I REALLY DON'T CARE". HE TRIED TO SPEAK TO THIS VERY RUDE OWNER AND WAS TOLD JUST GET OUT OF THE WAY THERE IS NO ROOM. MY STAFF MEMBER ASKED ABOUT THE RESERVATION AND THIS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE KEPT REPEATING "I REALLLY DON'T CARE". I CALLED SPOTHERO AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SYMPATETIC. THEY SAID THEY ARE

Hooked it up with a spot when I had a big van, I can't tell you how much that helped me out that day, thank you guys I really appreciate it. Great location, fast service

I parked my car at this parking spot in the morning time around 11am on a Saturday until around 5pm and the cost was about only $16.00. That was a decent price compared to a lot of other spots. The customer service was ok could be better with the greeting there clients.
